Curious Creatures for Curious Hearts.

We are not responsible for any injury or death. Handle these creatures at your own risk.

Many creatures here are heavily inspired by folklore and other media. I do not claim to be solely responsible for their designs.

Iron-toothed Vole

These small rodents are known for their incredibly strong bite, gnawing into whatever they may in search for food. There are several reports of these creatures chewing through metal crates to consume the goods inside. They grow up to be up to nine ilms long at most. These rodents are rather intelligent, and can easily form bonds with other animals and people around them.

Long-Haired Direwolf Pup

This long-haired canine might resemble the literal definition of a 'Wolf in Sheeps Clothing', but you would be hard pressed to find a better guardian. These wolves are incredibly mild-tempered for their size when they are full grown, possessing a strong sense of duty in protecting their 'pack'. A wonderful companion for any with a love for dogs.

Available

Winged Mouse

An incredibly small mouse, almost rotund in shape. It's round ears are nearly the size of the rest of it's body. You'd think they'd be able to fly with them if it wasn't for the pair of wings this creature possessed, allowing it to soar over long distances with ease. This adorable little rodent makes for a lovely pet and companion.

Pygmy Pteranodon

These small scalekin are a fraction of the size of their cousins from a faraway land, but share their penchant for raining down lightning on who they would consider a threat to them. This dinosaur is no beginner companion, and require a stern master to keep them in line. With proper teaching, though, they make for wonderfully interesting and playful creatures.

Red Chocobo Chick

This chick hatched from an egg surrendered to Maeve without much explanation of where it came from. There are rumors as to the abilities chocobos with this hue of feathers possess. It can cast healing magic, and is also thought to be able to cast spells such as 'Choco Pellets' and the fabled 'Choco Meteor.' Who can say if there's any truth to such theories?

Cactaur 'Roundtender'

A tiny, round cactus creature with stubby arms and legs and a flower atop it's head. These little Seedkin hop and waddle around normally, but will forgo this in favor of rolling away at high speeds when they feel they are in danger. Like any cactuar, one should be wary of the many spines this creature possesses.

Available

'Sparksnot' Goobbue Sproutling

A goobbue sproutling found wandering around The Outskirts. This beastkin seems unbothered by the energy that seems to surround it's entire being, sneezing bolts of lightning out rather frequently. Chunks of lightning crystals seem to sprout from it's back.

'Construct V'?

... Much different than my normal dealings, I know. This automaton is powered by a large crystal socketed in it's chest. When activated, the machine will constantly insist for it's 'master' to give it an order to fulfill. I gave it a once-over, and it certainly seems more capable for combat than idle tasks. What you do with it is up to you, though. I just want it out of my hands.

Thankfully gone... Finally...

'Immortal' Moth

An extremely rare species of insect said to live for a thousand summers. The females can grow to be six ilms, while the males grow only up to three. These white, fluffy little bugs believed to bring good luck and the promise of a long life to whoever may be lucky enough to have one land upon them. Unlike most moths and other insects with a shorter lifespan, one might find themselves being able to successfully form a bond with this intelligent little ball of fluff.

Available

Coerthan Fox Kit

An extremely fluffy fox kit that had been seen wandering around Camp Dragonhead. Several people there have been feeding this fox scraps of meat, and it has become much too friendly and dependent on people to survive on it's own. These foxes are known to be extremely energetic, often being seen playing in the snow with their kin in the wild. Be wary not to let this little kit dig through your couch cushions.
